8. Fund Pilot, LLC Messaging Terms and Conditions

Program sender. Text messages under this program are sent by Fund Pilot, LLC from our business line, (844) 386-3722.

How you opt in. We send text messages only to people who have given us express consent to receive them. You can provide that consent by ticking the optional text-message consent box on our prequalification form while supplying your mobile number, by telling us in writing or during a consultation that you would like us to text you, or by sending a text message to our business line first. The consent box is unticked by default, and we keep a record of the date, time, and exact wording you agreed to.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not need to agree to receive text messages in order to submit the prequalification form, pay the engagement fee, or receive any product, service, or financing assistance from Fund Pilot, LLC.

  1. The messaging program is limited to one-to-one conversational messaging about a loan inquiry you have already started with us. Specifically, we use it only to reply to questions you have asked us, to confirm and remind you about scheduled consultations, to send status updates on your inquiry, to request documents needed to review your request, and to provide one-to-one customer support. We do not send promotional offers, discounts, advertising, or marketing messages of any kind, and we never send messages to anyone who has not asked us to text them.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

9. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives you specific rights regarding your personal information.

  • The right to request deletion of the personal information we have collected from you.
  • The right to correct inaccurate personal information.

12. Children's Privacy
